How To Invoice Concise
When Should You Invoice?
- You may invoice weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
- We review and process invoices on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.
- Send your invoice latest by 5PM Tuesday prior to the above. If you send it a day or two earlier, it will provide time for any fixes to invoices if required.
- Invoices sent outside the invoicing cycle will not be processed.

Ahmad uses Transferwise/Wise to transfer directly to my bank account
Ahmad usually process my invoice on Wednesday and I see it on my bank account Friday of the same week so that’s around 2 days.
For invoice, I use https://my.waveapps.com/login/ to create an invoice
and sent to [email protected]
